"Hi! I just got my sweatshirt in the mail. It was a mystery sweatshirt so I had no idea what was coming. A yellow sweatshirt popped out and I started freaking out! Yellow is my fave color but I was actually freaking out because the little handwritten note thanking me for my purchase. It’s those kind of things that make your company very special.
