Abbreviated Shipping + Return Policy

SHIPPING

Most orders ship within 5 business days from Portland, Oregon USA. You will receive an e-mail when your order has shipped.

Upgrading your shipping does not affect how fast we fulfill the order! Upgraded shipping only impacts how fast the item will ship once it is in the mail stream. If you have a deadline please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate! 

Locals may opt to pick up their order at our shop: Higher Self in Portland, Oregon.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

With the exception of original art and final sale items, returns and exchanges are accepted for any reason if initiated within 14 days of your package delivery date or pickup date as long as they're in unwashed, unworn, unused new condition.

Please e-mail hello@wokeface.com to initiate a return or exchange. Be sure to include your order #.

Wokeface is not responsible for return shipping cost unless the return is due to a fault of ours. We will cover the shipping cost to send an exchange.
