Most orders get shipped within 3-5 business days from Portland, Oregon USA. If you have a deadline please e-mail and we'll do our best to accommodate! You will receive an e-mail when your order is on its way. We aren't one of those shops that prints your label and takes forever to actually drop it at the post. It will be in the mail stream either that day or the next day the post office is open.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
From the moment the order ships, most orders arrive within 5 business days in the USA and 1-3 weeks International. Refer to your tracking code for more exact ETA (if applicable).
Sometimes the postal service takes the packages on a little adventure.. so we ask that you give it up to 2 weeks in US and 6 weeks international before declaring it lost.
Upgrading your shipping does not affect how fast we fulfill the order! Upgraded shipping only impacts how fast the item will ship once it is in the mail stream. If you need your order fulfillment expedited, e-mail us and we will do our best to expedite processing.

US Domestic Orders of $75+ have free shipping! Depending on the weight of the package this may be first class or priority mail - most parcels will arrive in 1-5 days of shipment. Check tracking code for details.
STAMPED ENVELOPE SHIPPING
For flat items like loose stickers, patches and postcards we offer low flat rate shipping. Stamped shipping does NOT come with tracking - they ship in an envelope with a stamp. **THIS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK!!** You have the option to upgrade your shipping at checkout if you desire tracking. Letters can take a lot longer to arrive. We do not take responsibility and cannot assist you in case of lost or stolen stamped envelopes. Upgrade the shipping if you want tracking.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Yes, we happily ship worldwide! Wokeface is not responsible for any additional tariffs or fees imposed by the country upon receipt of your order. We cannot trace or track packages once they have left the USA and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Once you receive your notification please pick up your order within 2 weeks. If you change your mind and want it shipped let us know! LOST/STOLEN MAIL
We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen mail. We are responsible to get your package safely to the carrier. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide an accurate & secure address to receive the mail.
If USPS has marked the item as *Delivered* but you have not received it, we advise you to contact your letter carrier, postal office, friends, neighbors, etc.
Once the package leaves our hands, it's out of our hands! We cannot get any more information out of USPS than you can. The info you see via the tracking code is all we can see too.
Lost mail? It's extremely rare, but sometimes USPS loses packages or they get misrouted and take the long way. We advise waiting a couple weeks, usually within that time the package will either make it to you or get returned to us for whatever reason. If it gets returned to us we'll contact you to discuss next steps.
RETURNED MAIL
Sometimes packages get returned to us because they were undeliverable by the postal courier. This can occur for various reasons (wrong address, return to sender, etc).
In this case once we receive the returned mail we will refund the returned items and notify the purchaser via the e-mail provided at checkout.
CANCEL AN ORDER
Order cancellations are accepted until an order is fulfilled - please reply to your order confirmation and let us know ASAP. Once we send notification that your order has shipped, we can no longer cancel an order. You are welcome to return the order for a refund.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS
If you're not happy with your purchase that's a bummer!
With the exception of original art and final sale items, returns and exchanges are accepted for any reason if initiated within 14 days of your package delivery date or pickup date as long as they're in unwashed, unworn, unused new condition.
If your returned item does not meet re-sellable conditions (examples: is clearly used, has a smell, pet hair, etc) we reserve the right to refuse the return. In that case the customer has the option to have the item shipped back to them at their cost.
Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of your delivery date or pickup date so long as the desired exchange item is in stock. Please e-mail hello@wokeface.com to initiate a return or exchange. Be sure to include your order #.
Wokeface is not responsible for return shipping cost unless the return is due to a fault of ours. We will cover the cost to ship back the exchange.
Refunds for items will go back to the original payment method. We cannot refund postage if the order was already shipped.
