About Rainbow Makers

The most physically delightful thing in this shop and by some distance the hardest to photograph. Prismatic suncatchers, decals and window film that split sunlight and throw real rainbows across your walls, floor and ceiling.

Stick one on a sunny window and the room changes personality for a few hours a day. The effect drifts as the sun moves, so it’s never quite the same twice.

They need direct light — south- or west-facing works best. Indirect light throws nothing, which is physics, not us.
