We begin with a simple decision-making exercise to stop over-thinking and rely more on intuition. Then we get down to the specifics: Will This Thought Help Me? Find out whether the thoughts you’re thinking are actually doing you any good.

Once you’ve cleared some space by making decisions and letting go of thoughts not helping you, we begin the practice of watching thoughts. It’s easy to get sucked into a train of thought and follow it all the way to its inevitable derailment. But if you can watch your thoughts go by, you sit back into witness consciousness—the perspective of god. You are NOT your thoughts. You are the awareness who watches your thoughts. And that awareness is god itself.

Throughout this course, practice watching your thoughts and noticing how much better you feel when you let each one go instead of becoming a victim of the chaotic mind. By the end of this workbook, you will practice noticing how reality is just an average of the thoughts you think.
